To help make the hostel as affordable as possible for guests, we were asked to help design and build a self-service bill payment kiosk to allow guests to securely settle their accounts at any time of day, and to remove the need for staff to handle cash.

We applied the lessons learnt while designing and building the money management kiosks for P&O Cruises and again worked with our sister company Studio IQ to produce a secure, fully-custom through-wall kiosk that allows guests to insert cash and pay down their accounts easily, visually splitting out their charges by type and paying off the most important bills first. Once complete, the guest’s various account balances are updated instantly in NewBook.
